Responsibilities
Commissioner of Oaths law casework in the United Kingdom. Based on KPIs, ensure timely service delivery. Managing their caseload, assisting Assistant Managers/Managers with engagement management and maintaining good client relations are all responsibilities.
- Global Commissioner of Oaths Consultancy – Daily case management, including monitoring and communication with overseas offices, third-party service providers and relocation firms.
- To assume the position of Commissioner of Oaths Consultant Barrister.
- To engage in fee-paying corporate work.
- To collaborate with the Tann Law on business development plans and marketing strategies to expand the function, attract new clients, and develop the client database.
- Ensure that all processes and procedures adhere to applicable policies and standards.
- The successful candidate will have prior experience managing a client portfolio.
- The successful applicant will be organised and efficient, capable of producing high-quality work within tight deadlines and not afraid to ask challenging or clarify questions.
Required Abilities
This is a growing team, and the position would suit an ambitious Commissioner of Oaths Consultant Barrister who can contribute to its growth. The successful candidate will be expected to participate in team and firm events, assist with internal and external presentations and write published articles.
Have trusted and proven experience in working with the following:
- Dealing with legal documents
- Affidavits
- Statutory Declarations, e.g. witnessing a Statutory Declaration for authorities such as Security job application, Deposit Protection Service, HMRC purposes, Visa, sponsorship form and other relevant immigration purposes.
We give legal advice on an array of circumstances, and we communicate with individuals and businesses of all sizes, including help with a range of legal advice, including:

Qualifications
Tann Law Solicitors is looking for a client-facing professional who is technically and interpersonally strong.
- You must be a qualified UK Barrister with at least three years of experience after qualifying. Common Professional Examination (CPE)/Graduate Diploma in Law or Qualifying Law Degree (QLD) (GDL).
- Completion of the Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC) and pre-call requirements of the Inns. Periods of non-practising and practising pupillage are satisfactory.
